A direct way to find and book somewhere to stay in Cameroon.
What DiviStay is
DiviStay is a marketplace for guest houses, hotels and apartments in Cameroon. Every property you see has been through our verification before it could be listed, and you book with the property directly — there is no agent in between adding a margin. We also build the software properties use to run their rooms, rates and front desk, which is why the availability you see is the availability they actually have.
How booking works
Search for where and when you want to stay, choose a room, and send your booking. The property either confirms it, or confirms instantly if they have that turned on. You get a reference — quote it on arrival, or use it here to check your booking at any time. You do not need an account to book. Creating one simply keeps your bookings in one place across devices.
What "verified" means
Before a property appears on DiviStay, its owner submits ownership or business documents and our team reviews them. A property that fails review is not listed, and one that stops meeting our standards can be suspended. Verification tells you the business is real and the listing belongs to it. It is not a star rating: for how a place actually was, read the guest reviews, which can only be written by someone who completed a stay.
Pay at the property
DiviStay never takes your money. You pay the property directly — on arrival or at checkout, by the methods they accept. This is deliberate, and it has a consequence worth knowing: because we never hold your payment, we cannot refund it. Any refund is between you and the property, under the cancellation policy shown on the listing before you book.
For property owners
Listing on DiviStay is free, and we only earn a commission on bookings we send you. Bookings your own front desk takes are yours. Alongside the listing you get the tools to run the property: rooms and rates, a calendar, check-in and check-out, guest records and performance analytics.
